This individual will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process for our customers in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, the Finance & Insurance Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional financial services and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team to finalize deals and provide financing options to customers
- Review and analyze customers' credit reports and financial information
- Create and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Present and sell additional products and services, such as extended warranties and maintenance plans
- Ensure all paperwork and contracts are accurate and complete before submission to lenders and regulatory agencies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations related to finance and insurance in the auto industry
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any finance-related issues or concerns
- Oversee the finance and insurance office and manage all related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and insurance in the auto industry
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to finance and insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and finance management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
