General Summary

As the face of the Chrome brand, the Sales Associate creates exceptional customer experiences by delivering outstanding service. This role connects with customers and provides knowledgeable recommendations, which directly contribute to the brand's reputation and success. This is part-time, on-call role covers staff time-off and assists during busy, high-traffic times.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Greets, listens, and provides personalized service to customers based on their needs. Maintains in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage. Stays up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
  • Processes sales transactions, and handles returns or exchanges.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in line with the brand standards.
  • Helps with the store opening and closing process.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, both in stock room and sales floor, as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player
  • Availability and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to learn, retain, and communicate product knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and problem solving skills
  • Understands the importance of and embraces diversity in the workplace
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to frequently use a ladder and/or stairs, bend and stoop to retrieve stock
  • Must be able to stand and move about the store for full shifts (shifts are typically 4-8 hours)
  • Must have visual acuity and be able to operate a point of sale system


Base Salary: $19.00 hourlyOur base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards strategy which includes numerous benefits and perks as well as specific health and welfare benefits.
