Rles et responsabilits

  • Coordonne les activits de dveloppement , de fabrication et d'outillage avec les quipes d'ingnierie, de fabrication et d'approvisionnement .
  • Assure l'identification et la mise en uvre de technologies de fabrication avances et amliore les processus de fabrication en soutien la conception.
  • Utilise les principes et techniques d'ingnierie de procdes et processus. Dveloppe, tablit et guide les exigences pour l'assemblage, les simulations d'outillage et les configurations de fabrication.
  • Ralise des tudes de cots et de faisabilit et aide diriger les quipes intgres de produits et de processus.
  • Capacit appliquer des connaissances dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : composites non mtalliques, lectricit/lectronique, usinage, tlerie, systmes et structures.

What you will accomplish :
  • Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and supply teams to develop and guide the program manufacturing and tooling plan.
  • Ensures the identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and improves manufacturing processes in support of the type design.
  • Uses process engineering principles and techniques. Develops, establishes, and guides requirements for assembly, tooling simulations, and manufacturing configurations.
  • Performs trade and cost studies and assists in leading integrated product and process teams.
  • Ability to apply knowledge in one or more of the following areas; Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems and Structures.

Exigences et qualifications requises

Exigences :
  • Ncessite des qualifications ducatives rpondant aux normes de classification des ingnieurs et gnralement de 0 1 an d'exprience dans une classification/position en ingnierie.
  • Diplme de baccalaurat d'un programme d'ingnierie accrdit.
  • Si vous tes au Canada, vous devez avoir votre citoyennet canadienne.
Qualifications :
  • Connaissance de la fabrication, de l'assemblage et des concepts d'intgration de structures et d'outillage.
  • Capacit dterminer le processus prioriser, aider au dveloppement de la conception et diriger la fabrication d'assemblages structurels.
  • Connaissance du domaine des composites.
  • Vous matrisez l'anglais, parl et crit, pour les communications frquentes avec les diffrents collaborateurs anglophones (100%) - poste bas Kinston, NC.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Requires educational credentials meeting the classification standards for engineers and typically 0 to 1 year of experience in an engineering classification/position on.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Engineering program.
  • If you are in Canada, you must be a Canadian citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and integration of structures and tooling concepts.
  • Ability to determine the preferred process, assist in developing the design concept and direct the manufacture of structural assemblies.
  • You have good oral and written communication skills in English , for frequent communication with the various English-speaking employees (100%), position is in Kinston, NC.
