As Front Desk Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer care to patients, referrals, and physicians
  • Maintain a multi-faceted appointment schedule across the practice
  • Manage multi-line phone system and relay messages as needed
  • Participate in day-to-day practice management, including processing payments and communicating with patients, physicians, and all other third parties
  • Obtain information from patients and register in our integrated practice management system
  • Track productivity, referral sources, and cancellations in associated logs
  • Accept additional tasks as assigned
  • Support the growth of the practice
We are seeking candidates who:
  • Are powerful communicators and effective listeners
  • Can multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic medical office environment
  • Have previous experience with practice management systems
  • Have a background in supporting finance and cash management
  • Are organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Are capable of taking in new information and processing it accordingly.
  • Have a working knowledge of PC applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Etc.
  • Innate customer service skills
  • Have a working knowledge of health insurance and the pre-certification process
