MUST LIVE IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA. Responsibilities:

Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline. Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements. Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision. Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines. Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large. Qualifications:

Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration. Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability. Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required. Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required. Compensation:
