- Build and nurture relationships with potential referral partners, including real estate agents, builders, and community members.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
- In-depth knowledge of company loan policies, federal and state regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
- Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is essential.
