Responsibilities Monitor facilities and designated areas to detect and deter irregular or unusual activity. Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Secure premises by patrolling property and maintaining visibility to deter unauthorized activity. Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and disturbances, maintaining composure in high?stress situations. Observe, report, and prevent incidents by maintaining a consistent security presence. Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and property. Provide excellent customer service and represent TriCorps values of professionalism and integrity. Support management and client directives to maintain consistent, high?quality service. Professional Expectations Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Remain observant and proactive throughout each shift to ensure a safe environment. Demonstrate sound judgment and calm decision?making in all interactions. Uphold TriCorps standards of integrity, reliability, and excellence. Licensing & Certifications Valid DC Security Officer (SO) license (required) Drivers License (required) Current CPR Certification (required) Schedule & Work Environment Positions available in Washington, D.C. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
