General Objectives

Kalexius is seeking to hire a Corporate Governance specialist to join the Legal Entity Management Team. In this role, the person will be responsible to manage US and international legal entities for our Clients, ensuring that they remain in good standing at all times.

Main Tasks and responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with all relevant corporate requirements, including annual reporting and filing obligations of legal entities, across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, relevant stakeholders and local partners to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Provide regular reporting to clients on progress of tasks and volume of services;
  • Prepare, draft and coordinate filing of legal documentation;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to date records of all legal entities, including by updating the clients legal entity management database.

Studies- Qualifications

Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate

Languages

Additional language skills would be a plus.

IT Skills

IT literate.

At ease using Office suite, Sharepoint and web-based tools.

Experience

Mid-level to senior profiles
