I.T. Department does not currently exist

...experience with process-procedure documentation, I.T. department planning, working closely with Non-I.T. users in order to standardize I.T. processes while also implementing ERP and formalizing Data reporting and IT Security.
ERP:

experience working in a techno-functional leadership role where you have done a mixture of business systems analysis

including requirements gathering with a focus on ERP System customization (including guiding outside ERP SME/ERP Customization specialist), ERP System Documentation, Implementation and Training;

experience with any of the following ERP Packages is a plus

: Sage, D365, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, Aptean or others ideally for a manufacturing type company (with manufacturing related ERP-Modules)
SharePoint: (should have most of the following)

Hands on SharePoint Administration, Customization and Data (SQL Reporting skills), should have experience with RDL, user rights and permissions administration, sharepoint-web based intra-net and external website administration, RDL, MOSS, experience creating or customizing SharePoint custom web components, libraries, lists and site collections, Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Object Model.
SQL Server

:

(should have most of the following)

Experience with SQL Server Data Reporting (from SharePoint, ERP Systems and other sources), SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, SQL Queries, stored procedures, statements, experience with light SQL database administration is a plus, experience pushing and pulling SQL data to and from different sources (SharePoint-ERP-Flat Files.
IT Security

: experience with overall corporate IT Security for a smaller company is a plus;

(should have knowledge of or experience with most of the following)

Overall IT security analysis and related company IT-Sec Process-Procedure creation (including documentation) for areas such as phishing emails, password changes, spam-management and related user training; real time threat prevention and incident management including the use of VPN, firewalls, Intrusion detection software, antivirus, experience updating or adding software and/or hardware for the purpose of overall system hardening and threat elimination; experience leading internal formal or informal IT-Sec audits; Provide companywide security alerts to known vulnerabilities; Reviews access controls, authorization levels and user roles for compliance.
A mixture of

Project Management and Business Analysis Skills

; must be Well Organized with solid task-prioritization skills alongside Solid Business Judgement and Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a Related Field is a plus
Experience working in a similar role for a company that builds and designs PLC based industrial machinery for external business customers is also a plus.
