Hirewell is assisting our long-time real estate / property management client in the Orlando area in their search for a qualified Treasury Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s cash management along with providing strategic support to the VP of Accounting with regards to all aspects of treasury management. Job Responsibilities:

Manages administration of bank accounts and accesses, including opening, closing, and monitoring all domestic accounts Oversees monetary transactions, including daily cash position and reconciliation of the activities to general ledger records Ensures documentation for all property and corporate bank accounts, including signatories and authorization levels, is maintained, and updated Prepares and analyzes monthly corporate financials including cash flow and cash flow forecasting models Gains understanding of routine cash inflows and outflows to determine funding requirements and partners with accounts payable, and property accounting team to manage properties’ working capital activities and assists with cash flow forecasting. Develops, enhances, monitors, and reports the internal controls surrounding the Company’s cash transactions Creates and distributes monthly cash activity reports for various ownership entities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or Economics Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred 5+ years of treasury management experience including bank account management, cash management, cash forecasting and various treasury reporting requirements. Demonstrated hands-on experience in treasury and risk management. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
