Job Description The Recruiting Specialist will provide full life cycle recruiting support which includes screening, interviewing, and the routing of applicants to Peerless hiring managers. They will develop a tailored hiring strategy specific to meet the needs of the individual requirement and team, source new candidates for both current and future opportunities, screen candidates for fit and manage the complete hiring process. This position entails heavy use of the phone to capture both passive and active job seekers. Other items include: Use of HRIS system; Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions and proposal efforts; Salary negotiations; Targeted hiring as well as blanket sourcing techniques; Job Fairs; Marketing of Peerless and of the company benefits package. Other duties include: Source, identify, and recruit additional, replacement, and contingent technical staff for exempt and non-exempt positions from external sources Searches for, screens and routes applicants. Sets up interviews with hiring managers and briefs company benefits. Negotiate terms of hiring to include salary, bonus, benefits, and relocation packages. Extends verbal and written contingent and firm job offers. On-boards new hires into the HRIS system to complete the hiring process and pushes appropriate information out to corporate departments for in-processing. Attends Job Fairs and Trade Shows to promote current and future openings. Focus recruiting activities on a particular market or location for proposal efforts. Maintain communication and a sense of urgency with internal customers by providing continuous feedback while initiatives are being implemented and/or issues and problems are being addressed Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to negotiate complex tasks/scenarios across various customers. • Federal or DoD technical environment exposure is preferred.
