Finance Manager
Lyle DC is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Washington DC, offering a unique blend of contemporary style and classic elegance. With its sophisticated design and personalized service, Lyle DC provides an exceptional guest experience for travelers.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Finance Manager. Our preferred candidate would have luxury hospitality experience in the Washington DC market.

Finance Manager Core Essential Functions:
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analysis to support the hotel's financial goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless financial operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the accounting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the hotel's assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate and support in all aspects of the company's financial management processes and procedures.
- Fun and welcoming personality is a MUST.
