Scorpio is currently looking to add a Marketing Specialist to our team who will assist with pursuits in commercial construction management. Together with our leadership, the Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in promoting our brand, contributing to project pursuits, producing marketing content, and supporting customer vision. A disciplined, conscientious, hands-on approach is central to this position, and it requires work that is high quality and precise.

What You Will Do:

  • Produce RFPs and digital presentations with coordination of the marketing and leadership team.
  • Engage with company CRM Software/Database to utilize its resources and update information.
  • Use company photo equipment to photograph corporate events and community events and meet various internal photo needs.
  • Lead the design for brochures, signage, presentations, award submissions, corporate website, and other marketing pieces, reports and deliverables.
  • Create new branded graphical elements as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of content for the companys website, social media accounts, newsletters, blogs, and e-blasts.

What You Will Bring to Scorpio:

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field with a minimum 3 years experience working within a creative department
  • High proficiency in print and digital design with demonstrated expertise in composition, typography, color theory, and layout for multi-page proposal books and brochures in magazine style formats
  • High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with WordPress and backend website editing
  • Experience in photography and photo editing is a plus
