Housekeeper - PRN- Gunnsion

Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing general housekeeping tasks to maintain the clinic in a sanitary, safe and attractive condition to meet OSHA standards. Essential Job Functions: * Cleans and disinfects clinic and office areas using proper cleaning procedures. * Uses cleaning chemicals properly according to OSHA standards. * Understands procedures and properly disposes of infectious waste and trash. * Handles and cleans up emergency spills per department guidelines as well as to OSHA standards. * Operates and maintains assigned equipment according to established procedures * Maintains work and storage areas following established policy and procedures to ensure safety. * Uses supplies appropriately and effectively. * Reports problems with equipment and clinic in an appropriate and timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: * Must be 18 * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively including: * Read color coded labels and chemicals * Ability to follow written and verbal directions Preferred Qualifications * Professional housekeeping experience * Housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting * Customer service experience Hours: * Monday- Friday 12-14 hours each week.
