: Provide quick, efficient and accurate coordination of centralized marketing services, including assistance and support to CORO Marketing team. Tenure in position allows for greater responsibility and ownership of below tasks.

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and execution of marketing tactics. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

: This role is responsible for CORO Marketing campaign details and accuracy, including: Proof-reading all assets for accuracy of fine print, phone numbers, offer details, etc. Creating and validating campaign spec sheets to facilitate creation of marketing assets Setting up new marketing sources in CRM with accurate attribution tracking Assigning, routing and testing phone numbers, vanity URLs and QR codes Partnering with Business Intelligence & IT teams to ensure accurate marketing source attribution Working with Legal team to generate and review marketing disclaimers to ensure accuracy QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field Minimum of 2 years of marketing/business experience in a hands-on implementation role Extremely detail-oriented Exceptional communication skills and high comfortability with taking initiative Demonstrable in-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel * NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely manner Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality across projects Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to problem solve - takes initiative to communicate opportunities to leadership Able to self-manage tasks accurately and to a deadline CULTURE AND BENEFITS

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
