Overview

The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is an intelligence enterprise system, comprised of 27 active duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and mission partner sites, interconnected by a robust communications infrastructure spanning the globe. The networkcentric, global enterprise provides 24/7/365 world-wide, Near-Real-Time (NRT) simultaneous Multi-Intelligence (Multi-Int) capabilities and products to Combatant Commanders (CCMDs).

Provide support to the program office by providing an analysis of data in support of program projects, including advising on the direction the IPT should consider based on an understanding of current program status, properly assessing priority of activity and development of projects in order to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome. The Program Analyst shall demonstrate knowledge of business and industry practices; characteristics and use of equipment, products, property, acquisitions, etc. Shall consolidate and provide information from various databases containing program data ranging from training, requirements management, performance, schedule, cost, etc. to measure and assess program effectiveness. Maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include CCaRS, Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Request and Authorization for In-scope Tasks (RAITs) and EVM reports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Weapon System Sustainment (WSS) requirements and execution
  • Brochure planning execution, and support
  • depth knowledge of Centralized Assessment Management (CAM)
  • Sustainment funding and associated colors of money...3400, 3400 CAM, and 3840
  • Unfunded Requirements (UFRs)
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) eligibility required.
  • One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met:
    • Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
    • BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
    • 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:
  • In a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
