Do you have Call Center experience within Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 7 month possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday anywhere from 8am-4:30pm to 11:30am - 7pm permanent schedule to be confirmed after training. Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

  • Pharmacy board of pharmacy license will be required within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Previous healthcare experience desired
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
  • Provide accurate information to the caller.
  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
  • Resolve the callers' needs.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
  • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
