Responsibilities: The Client Service Executive is accountable for growing existing relationships and delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of client accounts within a Branch. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact

The CS Executive's primary areas of focus are:

Supporting the business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service functionGrowing revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases that should be considered based on the details of each client's unique exposure to riskDelivering high quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practicesAchieving operational efficiency and performance metrics consistentlyGrowing and profitably managing an assigned group of client accounts successfullyBuilding relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding ongoing customer careSeeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospectsSecuring existing business and actively driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage

Qualifications: Required:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experienceMust hold appropriate licensing as requiredAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeProficiency vital in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to improve efficiency and quality.Previous experience in managing client relationshipsMust possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Insurance knowledge, P&C experience preferredsolid financial acumenAbility to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clientsAbility to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clientsAbility to effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.Ability to be comfortable analyzing and using data to make decisionsAbility to work in a self-directed mannerAbility to act as a role model for dedication and Gallagher's shared values.
