Job Purpose Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Principal will act as a strategic and dynamic leader to guide a high-performing school to ensure strong academic gains and the character development of every scholar. S/he will serve as chief administrator of the school to develop and implement policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each scholar and the development of each staff member. The Principal will work closely with senior leadership within the region, parents of scholars, and community partners to build meaningful relationships that will enhance the school’s success.
