Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced VP of Finance to join our finance team and play a key role in managing the financial operations of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, with a focus on financial planning and forecasting. This position will join the leadership team in making key financial decisions that align with the company's goals.

Financial Reporting:Leading the monthly accounting close process, including an analytical review of operating results to ensure accounting records were accurate, complete, and prepared in accordance with GAAP.Providing financial analyses as needed, in areas including customer profitability, contract negotiations, pricing decisions, insurance, and capital investments.

Compliance:Supporting the CEO with monthly debt compliance reporting.Complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Collaboration and Leadership:Work closely with the executive team to shape the overall financial strategy of the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, providing insights and recommendations.

Cash Flow Management:Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.Optimize working capital with an emphasis on monitoring inventory levels and recommend improvements to cash management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.5 - 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.Experience in e-commerce or distribution industries is a strong asset.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Our Values & Culture:
