Networking (DHCP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, SNMP protocols)

Understanding of advanced routing & switching (VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP, etc)

Troubleshooting Network Voice and Data Devices and Internet/Wan Circuits
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

Ability to travel to clients sites

Strong problem- solving/troubleshooting

skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent oral communication skills
