Responsibilities

·         Desktop & Server Support and Administration
·         Firewall Support / VPN Setup
·         Terminal Servers / Remote Desktop
·         Active Directory
·         Backup & Recovery
·         VOIP Technologies
·         Enterprise Wireless Configuration & Support (WiFi)
·         DNS Setup & Configuration
·         TCP/IP  Networking (DHCP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, SNMP protocols)
·         Understanding of advanced routing & switching (VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP, etc)
·         Troubleshooting Network Voice and Data Devices and Internet/Wan Circuits

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
·         Ability to travel to clients sites
·         Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
·         Excellent oral communication skills
