Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Job Location : Gainesville FL

Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities :
  • The person starts Must type at a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Will work in a Call Center environment receiving inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support.
  • Maintains patient records and verifies accounts must maintain dept KPIs Communicates prescription revision requests to clinic support teams.
  • Receives and processes new referrals for out of warranty.
  • Facilitates equipment replacements Schedules patients' annual preventative maintenance.
  • Coordinates Customer returns Follows regulations, policies and procedures.
  • High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites.
  • Strong MS Office working knowledge Ability to use good judgement, thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
  • Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of call centre experience.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work history Spanish Speaking preferred Data Processing experience.
