Patient Access RepHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Patient Access Rep to fill an opening in Lebanon, NH.Daily Responsibilities for Patient Access Rep: Secures medical necessity checks/verification in accordance to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid services, verifies insurance, benefits, coverage & eligibility, completes assigned registration financial clearance work lists activities, obtains insurance authorizations for scheduled & unscheduled Hospital services, and secures inpatient visit notification to payors Completes full patient registration at date of service, thoroughly explains and secures Hospital & patient legal forms (i.e., Advance Directives, Conditions of services, Consent for treatment, Important Message from Medicare, EMTALA, etc.) Scan Protected Health Information, create and file patient information packets/folders for upcoming Hospital services May also assist with scheduling diagnostic procedures (enters data in scheduling system, provide customer with appointment instructions, other tasks as needed) Educates patients about patient financial liabilities and performs hospital cash reconciliation & secured payment Multiple shifts available: Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm, 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Wed-Sat 6:00am-6:00pm, 9am-9pm or 7:30am-6:00pmRequired Qualifications for Patient Access Rep: High School diploma or GED 1+ year of ANY Healthcare backgroundBenefits for Patient Access Rep: Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to Investment Accounts Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) ProgramPay Details: $18.5/hourInterested in being considered?If you are interested in applying to this position, please click Apply Now for immediate consideration.For additional consideration, please email a copy of your resume to andrea.perez@healthcaresupport.com with your phone number, the job title and location, and our recruiters will reach out.Healthcare Support Staffing, LLC. is an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local, state, or federal law.#Out824
