Position Overview We're seeking a personable and organized Receptionist / Onboarding Specialist to be the face and voice of our Addison, TX office. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, routing inquiries, taking messages, and ensuring every applicant has a positive onboarding experience. You'll also follow up with candidates and support the recruiting team to keep our talent pipeline moving. Key Responsibilities Answer and route inbound calls, provide information, and take detailed messages Greet visitors and applicants, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment Facilitate the onboarding process for new applicants (document collection, orientation, system setup, etc.) Conduct follow-ups with candidates who have applied to ensure timely communication and support Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and relay applicant updates Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system Champion excellent customer service and represent Integra's values in all interactions Assist with general administrative tasks and office management as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in the staffing industry (required) Proven track record in customer service; excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team leadership qualities; able to motivate and support colleagues Comfortable with technology and applicant tracking systems Professional, personable, and adaptable Why Join Integra Staffing?
