The Consultant Senior serves as an internal consultant to Novant Health leadership and staff on large complex system level initiatives. The primary focus of the Consultant Senior is to provide partnership and facilitation to leaders and teams in strategic planning, project/program execution, and/or design or re-design of system-wide Novant Health processes and service offerings. The Consultant Senior is expected to pursue her/his/their work with a high level of energy and steadfastly push self and others for results while supporting the organization in education, application of tools, methods, data collection, analysis, project facilitation, project management, mentoring and coaching junior consultants, and general leadership development in areas related to change management. As a senior level consultant, the senior is expected to provide primary support to system level initiatives autonomously with limited support and guidance from Internal Consulting leadership, while demonstrating the ability to mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications:
Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Required.
Experience : Minimum five years experience in a consulting, planning, analytics, leadership, or performance improvement role. Significant experience managing teams/projects with significant complexity with a high degree of autonomy, Required.
