Excellent at cross-functional collaboration, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Has spent time at a startup company (

Strong written and verbal communication

Able to discuss and debate strategic engineering / product decisions

Track record of building products that scale, are error tolerant, and easy to debug

Opinionated and correct about which technologies to use, when, and why

Highly driven to build features and improvements in a secure, well-tested, and performant way

You thrive in a product-focused environment and are passionate about making an impact on customer experience
