You hold current licensure in the State of New Hampshire, and you are certified in both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).What You'll Do: Provide expert, compassionate care in urgent and high-stakes scenarios, utilizing your critical thinking skills and clinical judgment to make fast, effective decisions.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement culturally competent, patient-centered care plans.Act as a resource for other nurses, guiding and mentoring them through complex patient situations.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing practice standards, and regulatory guidelines.Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive care, while supporting a calm and therapeutic environment.Lead by example, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment and serving as a role model for lifelong learning and clinical excellence.Qualifications What You'll Bring: Schedule: Nights - 7pm - 7am - 30 hours A nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred). Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire. Minimum of 3 years of critical care nursing experience, with strong clinical and decision-making skills. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting. A commitment to professional development and mentoring, with strong communication and leadership skills. An understanding of and commitment to patient-centered care, guided by Jean Watson's Theory of Caring and the CMC Professional Practice Model.
