What you'll doCreate and maintain Requests for Quotes for MRP replenishment items.Support Contract Lifecycle ManagementP-Card process management and reconciliationExpediting purchasesInvestigating receiving/invoicing discrepanciesMaterial analysis and data enhancement for Master Data supportComplete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis. Support the Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services.Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks.Support vendor setup and contract closeout processesBasic contract negotiations with stakeholder engagementSupport Contract Lifecycle ManagementSupport material expeditingInvestigating receiving/invoicing discrepanciesWho you areAvailable to begin work on January 6, 2025 Legal authorization to work in the United StatesAs this position requires the operation of a motor vehicle, a valid US Driver's License is required.Previous experience is considered an asset.Strong attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while following safe work practices.Strong verbal and written communication skillsEducation Pursuing an undergraduate degree in SCM or any Business-related degree (Commerce, Economics, Finance, etc.Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year.Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.Strong academic performanceAbility to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester.Attached copies of transcriptsMust be enrolled in a 2025 Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work termCandidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
