Customer Success Manager

At Rewardzar, we're dedicated to transforming the tenant experience in the proptech industry. Our platform empowers property owners and managers to create rewarding interactions with their tenants. We're seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our platform. As a Customer Success Manager at Rewardzar, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You'll serve as their trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and drive tenant satisfaction. About this position

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Rewardzar platform. Conduct training sessions to educate clients on platform features and best practices. Collaborate with clients to develop customized strategies for tenant engagement and loyalty. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions. Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for product enhancements. Track and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in customer success or account management are a plus. 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to the Rewardzar platform. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the tech, ecommerce, and/or loyalty/rewards industry. Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM systems. We currently use Pipedrive CRM and Customer Success. Benefits:
