RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and oversee daily multimedia content (images, videos, GIFs) for various digital channels.
  • Lead and guide the Content team, fostering their growth.
  • Organize and compile resources for editorial projects and campaigns.
  • Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, Retail, and other teams.
  • Oversee content schedule, ensuring deliverables.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends and new concepts.
  • Utilize social analytics to gauge customer feedback and discover opportunities.
  • Craft strategies to enhance community engagement and growth.
  • Oversee budgeting to ensure timely and commercially successful outcomes.
  • Partner with influencers to devise effective product showcase plans.
  • Manage the entire content production process, from idea inception to final execution.
REQUIREMENTS
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years in Photography, Videography, and editing, 3+ years of Social Media experience.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • High-level creative judgment.
  • Strong communicator.
