WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
In this full-time position, you will work Monday to Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
As a Business Development Specialist - Sales Advisor, your day starts with handling inbound and outbound customer calls as you provide essential information about our wide range of vehicles and services. You respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer gets timely and accurate responses. Updating our customer database is crucial, as you generate and follow up on leads to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Scheduling showroom appointments and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets is a key part of your role. You leverage technology to track interactions and sales activities, all while continuously improving through training and development programs.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role
- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer inquiries
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Bilingual abilities would be a plus
