Director of Marketing Salary: \$90K-\$110K Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30pOur client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to jointheir team as a Director of Marketing. In this role, you willcollaborate closely with the CEO, Brand Marketing Manager, operatingGM\'s, and business-unit marketing teams and agencies. As a key teammember, you will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies inline with business objectives. This role will primarily focus on themarketing and revenue growth of our wholly-owned operating businesses.The ideal candidate has an extensive marketing background and workexperience managing a variety of engagements and projects end-to-end,including digital marketing, PR, events, and paid advertising.Duties/Responsibilities: - Evaluate marketing strategies, tactics,collateral, and prior campaigns for effectiveness and ROI - Create andexpand marketing strategies and plans for operating businesses - Design,plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan -Determine and implement key reporting metrics to measure campaigneffectiveness. - Build brand awareness and generate innovative ideas topromote brands/products. - Create content strategies based on businessobjectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels(online/offline/social) - Design and coordinate promotional campaigns,PR, and other marketing efforts across print& digital channels -Maintain a consistent view of marketing ROI and KPIs - Develop amarketing strategy for business - Manage and review the marketing budgetfor all entities - Keep updated on market trends & competitorstrategies - Provide oversight, guidance, support, and collaboration toBrand Marketing Manager - Support programming creation and marketing atthe business unit level Qualifications: - Degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. - Prior experience in a similarrole. - Deep knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, PR,content management, digital marketing & performance marketing, andmarketing analytics - Excellent written & verbal communication skillsand are comfortable dealing with the media. - Knowledge of SEO anddigital marketing strategies and analytics - Adept at buildingrelationships, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and thrive inmatrixenvironments. - Strong leader who has built, scaled, and ledhigh-performing marketing teams. - Strategic thinker & problem solverwith the ability to be hands-on. - Comfortable with ambiguity andleading efforts with minimal direction
