Experience: 25 years in account management, customer service, logistics, or fulfillment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with WMS or inventory management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced operation Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Adaptability and commitment to delivering exceptional client service Certifications: APICS, CSCMP, or similar certifications are a plus. Position Summary The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned clientsensuring clear communication, operational accuracy, and top-tier service delivery. You will build trusted client relationships, resolve issues quickly, monitor performance, and partner closely with warehouse and logistics teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships through proactive communication and tailored support. Issue Resolution: Address delays, discrepancies, and service concerns with timely, effective solutions. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction. Process Optimization: Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service. Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through onboarding, training, and system adoption. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to forecast demand and identify opportunities for improvement. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to align operations with client needs. Contract & Pricing Support: Assist with pricing reviews, contract compliance, and service-level adherence.
