Our company is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to assist in the investigation of client problems and the development of future solutions. We're looking for individuals who can utilize our policies and provide solutions to customer issues via electronic means. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, a passion for applying company policies to customer issues, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls to company's customer service hotline.
  • Answer questions about company products and services.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers.
  • Communicate information to customers in writing, either on paper or electronically.
  • Research problems that are related to products or services purchased by customers;.
