This global role will work closely with media agencies, internal teams, and business stakeholders to optimize media spend and drive revenue from the portfolio of Alludo brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, media planning, and analytics, with a focus on maximizing ROI. As a Director of Marketing Analytics, you will: * Use your quantitative background to dive into large datasets to guide decision-making. We solve many exciting challenges including customer acquisition, customer activation and retention as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution and experimentation. * Business Strategy and Operations Management: You will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced revenue forecasting models. You'll be involved in establishing and achieving quarterly revenue forecast goals. As Alludo continues on its journey to become more data oriented, you'll also work to overhaul and standardize the forecasting and reporting structures across the organization, ensuring a cohesive and modern approach to business and marketing analytics. * Insight Generation and Performance Analysis: You and your team will provide comprehensive marketing analytics insights, aligning with industry standards and company-specific objectives. This includes leading initiatives to analyze and mitigate customer churn effectively while also driving strategies for customer acquisition and optimize trial-to-conversion processes. * Campaign Analytics and Budget Optimization: You will develop and implement strategies for optimizing marketing spend, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving targeted business outcomes. This includes conducting in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and identify areas of success and improvement. What YOU Bring to the Table: * Overview: 10-15+ years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, Marketing Campaign Analytics, etc + Domain expertise in eCommerce software sales models * Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Expertise in using analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Google Analytics). * Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. * Revenue Forecasting and Financial Modeling: Experience in creating accurate revenue forecasts and financial models. Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning in a marketing context. * Marketing Insights and Campaign Analysis: Deep knowledge of marketing metrics and KPIs.
