Responsibilities:

  • Support biweekly US payroll administration
  • Ensure pay, withholdings, and deductions are reported accurately
  • Partner with the Benefits team on deductions, salary changes, new hires, etc.
  • Prepare payroll journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and benefit-related analysis
  • Prepare payroll tax forms and monthly/quarterly report filings
  • Research complex issues (tax, global payroll, benefits) and deliver solutions
  • Offer company-wide support for any payroll-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of payroll experience
  • Multi-state payroll experience
  • Strong Excel; experience with Workday and/or UKG a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, detail-oriented, highly organized
