Manager. Learning Programs and Delivery

Job Summary
•This role is responsible for leading learning change initiatives, monitoring training performances, and developing functional learning strategies aligned with the organization's priorities. The role manages a team of client engagement and business solution consultants, and drives strategic alignment and client satisfaction. The role oversees significant finances, forecasts, and budget reconciliation for learning and development programs. The role applies expert subject matter knowledge to provide thought leadership on developing training policies and the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities
•Manages a team of client engagement and/or business solution consulting resources providing an effective environment for people to meet their established objectives.
•Leads development and implementation of functional learning strategy and plan to support business priorities.
•Manages business processes and drives strategic alignment of priorities with the needs of the organization's corporate and/or business functions.
•Acts as a key advisor to leadership on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the development of the organization.
•Ensures client satisfaction of training outcomes through knowledge of the business and ability to understand the needs of and collaborate with business managers.
•Partners with leadership and employees to drive the development and execution of employee development plans.
•Applies expert subject matter knowledge, shapes knowledge base across businesses, functions, or regions, and provides strong leadership, driving change initiatives and monitoring performance goals.
•Manages finances for the team, builds financial forecasts as per requirements of future training programs, and reconciles expenditure with budget allocation.
•Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended
•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
•Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in training, presentation, facilitation, consulting, or a related field.
