*Job Summary:*
Raytheon is looking for a engineer to join our world-class team as a *Senior Software Engineer - Product Owner. *In this role, you will define and prioritize team backlog and serve as the customer proxy for working with product management and other stakeholders to translate needs into viable design solutions . 
This position is located onsite in Richardson, Texas (Cityline)
*Responsibilities to Anticipate: *

* Opportunity to use your understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process), design patterns, and Object Oriented architecture. 
* Demonstrate your critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well. 
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance and pass polygraph.
*Basic Qualifications:*

* Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of engineering experience.
* Experience with Java Development.
* Experience with container orchestration products such as Kubernetes or Apache OpenShift.
* Experience using Python.
* Experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps toolsets (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, etc.)
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
* CSPO certification.
* Experience with OpenShift and Helm
* Experience with Golang.
* Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
* Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies.
* Experience with Kong API Gateway.
* Understanding of the GEOINT Needs and Collection Management domain.
* Experienced working with a geographically distributed team.
* Ability to support limited business travel for customer meetings.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
