HCM Consultant

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll/HCM Practice.
Our client is rapidly growing and needs support with payroll configuration specialists to develop an optimized human capital management (HCM) solution leveraging ADP best practices and industry trends in order to meet the client's current and future human capital management needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional services for validation & testing of Celegro
- Works effectively with client facing and support teams to consult on solutions, best practices, troubleshooting
- Collaboration, consultation, and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and skilled in configuring and troubleshooting AutoPay systems, including special calculations, special compensation setup, FLSAOT, Multi Jurisdiction, NetSecure, and pay statement compliance
- Experience with MR2000, PMF, loading and validating employee balances, editing payrolls in AutoPay, and AutoPay Custom Program Control Card setup
- Intermediate or greater in Excel, MS Access, text editors, and comparing data
- Perform coordination of peripheral product setup for Tax Filing, Banking, and other AutoPay related services
Duration:This is aproject-based consulting opportunitywith an immediate start with an initial duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort:Full-time (40 hours per week)
