Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM practice. We are looking for skilled WFM Time Implementation Consultants that have a proven track record of success. Provides varying levels of implementation services through analysis, configuration, validation, project planning and professional consultative services to clients in support of a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Consultation:
  • Conducts project initiation activities.
  • Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs Responsible for development of design documents.
  • Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort .

Configuration/Integration:
  • Works with and advises client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
  • Follows methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data.

Validation:
  • Builds client control information and oversees the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.
  • Oversees formal hand-off of system and operational services to other ADP departments/clients.

Project Planning:
  • Participates in establishing and monitoring of client implementation schedule and report status to Project Team members.
  • Prepares individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones.
  • Documents issues and risks and works with team members to resolve.
Required Qualification(s):
  • Has at least 5 years of configuration experience with either WFM or UKG/Kronos Dimensions
  • Can lead the project and facilitate proper testing

This is a client facing role that requires good client consulting skills through project and task and time management. There is a technical piece of this role that may require system configuration or documenting requirements in a way that somebody else may configure the system based on written requirements and work products. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date scheduled for beginning of July with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: 40 Hours per week

Working Hours: EST
