The Echo Tech must demonstrate knowledge of proper position of patient and be able to position patient to optimally visualize cardiac structures. Maintains the patient procedure log and reports statistics to the Manager/Director as needed. Informs physician(s) of significant abnormalities when necessary. Acts as the liaison to the Cardiologist to ensure that all tests are interpreted in a timely manner.
