**What were looking for**

We are building out a Special Projects sales group to help us target various opportunities across the US and are looking for the right sales leader to lead this initiative. In this role, you will be managing and developing a team of 8-12 Inside Sales Executives. Your team will be responsible for the entire sales cycle selling Vacasas property management solution to homeowners across a large region. They will have access to our prospect lead engine that will generate targeted campaigns and opportunities to follow up on. In addition to this, we will be pairing each seller with a dedicated Sales Development Representative that will help supplement your SEs outreach efforts with qualified, scheduled appointments. Our Special Project sales team will give us the ability to point and sell based on criteria such as seasonality, opportunity, strategic targeting, etc. This role requires flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly as your team will not have dedicated territories.

**What you'll do**

* Lead and successfully manage a team of 8-12 Inside Sales Executives.

* Responsible for performance management, recruiting, and hiring Sales Executives within defined sales territories.

* Provide guidance to sales executives on articulating the Vacasa value proposition.

* Drive predictable and accurate revenue forecasting

* Facilitate, organize and execute department meetings.

* Stay current with changes within the organization that may affect team performance and expectations.

* Communicate collaboratively and effectively with supporting departments including; operations, onboarding, compliance, sales-operations, etc.
