Celltron is looking for a

Compliance Manager

that will focus primarily on Department of Defense (DOD) prime contractor requirements, contractual terms, and flow downs. This role is responsible for ensuring Celltron maintains compliance with various requirements from customers, industry standards, and the U.S. Government. These requirements center around government registration requirements, ITAR, FAR/DFARS regulations and all contract as they relate to sourcing of and purchased goods to complete the production of various customer projects and extend to cyber-security compliance as it relates to these same restrictions.

This role is responsible for managing the compliance and contracts workflow, ensuring an efficient and transparent process for processing and management of all contracts. Additionally, coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure clear communication and prompt responses to Celltron customers. The position requires the ability to apply critical thinking while prioritizing a demanding workload effectively and meeting multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Supervises 3-4 additional contract administrative staff members.

Create and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers and serve as a point of contact for escalation of all matters concerning contract compliance.

Maintain all documentation in relation to compliance matters and contracts.

Oversees contract administrative staff employees and ensures all responses are accurately and timely submitted as it relates to new and revised purchase orders/contracts for compliance with Celltron proposals, terms and conditions, and quality flow-down requirements - steps in to make edits as needed.

Function as liaison with other departmental leaders to ensure all business operations are in line with business policies and make recommendations and implement procedures when they are not.

Oversight of all order and data entry into Celltron internal systems to enable material procurement, product development, on-time shipment and customer invoicing, financial reporting, etc.

Acts as escalation point of contact with Celltron customers for contractual maintenance, changes, status updates, and returned material processing.

Maintain access to interface with various customer purchase orders, data exchange, and shipping authorization portals.

Identifies opportunities for process improvements through analysis of process measurement data.

Ability to collaborate with other Celltron managers and leaders to develop methods and/or data to support compliance in all areas.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or comparable industry experience preferred.

Working knowledge or familiarity with DOD contract requirements, data/information protection, and purchasing processes, and with AS-9100 requirements are necessary.

Must be dependable and extremely trustworthy.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.

Excellent organizational skills and diligence and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
