Warehouse Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY FOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:

• Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience overseeing Warehouse operations.
• Must be local to Grant, IL

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:

• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage employee schedules, and address any employee-related issues.
• Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Baxter and Federal Trade Zone requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for warehouse audits.
• Develop and manage the warehouse department budget.
• Monitor expenses and control costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Manage transportation and distribution of products, including coordination with third-party logistics suppliers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to distribution centers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.
