Accommodations are available during the hiring process, upon request.As the Capital Grant Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, identifying, exploring, applying for, monitoring, and reporting grant and investment opportunities for specific capital asset types. Your focus will be to bolster capital project delivery by leveraging grants, financing, and partnerships with external parties. You will also collaborate with capital service lines, aiding them through the entire process from application to successful delivery. Primary duties include:Seek and respond to grants, financing, and collaboration opportunities across specific capital asset categories (i.e., facilities, transportation, public spaces, utilities).Coordinate the delivery of grants and contribution funds for specific projects, from application stage through to reporting and project close out stages.Monitor, track, analyze, and report on grant and investment opportunity progression, including assessing success rates and identifying areas for improvement.Research potential undeveloped opportunities and explore new investment options.Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and funding agencies.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts requiring input for application submissions.Provide timely information to funders on programs that have strict application or reporting deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
