The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for clients, focusing on technical SEO, advanced analytics, strategic CRM marketing, and effective customer engagement experiences with a focus on conversion. This role demands a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Reports to the Director of Martech & Conversion Rate Optimization This position requires the candidate to work on-site at our Cheshire, CT office. What You'll Do Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Utilize advanced tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Google Ads to measure performance to inform data-driven decisions. Build high-converting landing pages utilizing visual editing software in collaboration with strategy and creative teams to align with our marketing campaigns and business objectives. Manage end-to-end email marketing and SMS campaigns, utilizing segmentation, configuring and deploying automation, and personalization to enhance customer engagement and maximize campaign performance. Configuration and ongoing management of reporting platforms such as Looker Studio to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with project teams to understand the client, the projects and how to leverage your subject matter expertise to support client business needs. Provide strategic guidance for CRM and email marketing projects. Work with Rebellion Group Project Managers, Client Service Leads and Project teams to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest quality and consistent with client’s direction and business goals. Remain up-to-date and share industry and marketing trends, aware of new technologies and solutions. About You: 3-5+ years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in analytics and/or email marketing. Experience in building landing pages using drag-and-drop website builder platforms such as Weebly, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow. Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Google Ads is highly preferred. Proficient experience in CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with various stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strategic thinking with a focus on impact and results. A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and efficiency. Marketing agency experience is a plus.
