Description of Duties & Responsibilities: Communicates changes and decisions appropriately with staff and stakeholders. Manages the reconciliation of child support payments Manages end of the month reconciliation and necessary project financial reports for Project Director. Manages bank relationship and activities for project operation. Prepare the Reconciliation Spreadsheet. Generate Bank Reports and reconcile all bank accounts. Process bank return items (insufficient funds) and stop payments. Other duties as assigned. Skills/Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English. Experience using Microsoft Windows with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software products. Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse and 10-key pad. Analytical Skills – Relating and comparing data from different sources, identifying issues, getting relevant information, and identifying other ways of doing things. Attendance & Punctuality – Consistently at work and on time; ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent; arriving at meetings and appointments on time. Managing People – Developing the skills of employees through development activities related to current and future jobs; motivating employees to develop themselves. Cost Consciousness – Exercising fiscal responsibility in relation to budgets and resources. Dependability – Consistently meeting the day-to-day demands of the job. Problem Solving – Generating and/ or recognizing solutions for work-related problems; working effectively with others to resolve problems.
