As the Deposit Operations Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues, and internal colleagues. Primary responsibilities include: Performing advanced clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing methods, procedures, and knowledge of Loan products such as Home Equity Lines of Credit, Auto Loan, Personal Loans, and bank application(s). Researching routine customer or bank inquiries as appropriate. Determining the source of problems and working to resolve them accurately and within service level agreements. Utilizing knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to help minimize financial risk to Citizens and detailed knowledge of multiple systems to solve problems. Working independently on special projects, often interacting with all levels of management, serving as a resource for the business unit. Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department, and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management. Reporting responsibilities and department administrative duties as needed. Required Skills/Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience working in an operations environment. Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e., how the correction will affect an account. Strong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skills. Work Schedule: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Position is fully onsite.
