The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring a full- time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team

FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR Shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills
  • Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail
  • An ability to engage in active problem solving vs problem identification.
  • At least 1-2 year experience working in an a Specialty/ER, a traditional ER and/or a large high-volume day practice
  • Organized and comfortable with new technologies
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities of a CSR:
  • Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital
  • Manage a high call volume and mutli-phone line system
  • Process payments, refunds and cash handeling
  • Appropriately record information and maintain medical records
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced enviroment
  • Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy
